Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit and Payment
– 20% Deposit: To secure your spot, a deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
– 80% Balance: The remaining balance can be paid via international transfer 30 days before the tour OR in cash (USD/EUR) upon arrival in Bishkek on Day 1.
– Fees: All banking or transfer fees are to be covered by the sender.
Cancellation Policy
– 60+ days before start: 100% refund (minus banking fees).
– 30–60 days before start: We retain 10% of the total tour cost (half of the deposit).
– Less than 30 days before start: No refund is provided as all logistical arrangements and bookings will have been finalized.
Safety and Liability
– Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers active outdoor activities (hiking/trekking).
– Health: Participants should be in good physical condition. Please consult a doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions affected by altitude.
– Itinerary: The guide reserves the right to modify the route or schedule in the event of bad weather or for the overall safety of the group.
Essential Information (to be provided 30 days before start)
– Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any allergies (nuts, dairy, etc.) or dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free).
– Emergency Contact: We require the name and phone number of a person to contact in case of an emergency. 5. Photography and Privacy
– We may take photos or videos during the tour for our social media. If you prefer not to be featured, please let your guide know on the first day.
